Trovato nuovo regista?? Sperem!!

Gerard Butler’s ‘London Has Fallen’ Finds Swedish Director
Dave McNary - SEPTEMBER 28, 2014

Scandinavian director Babak Najafi is in talks to be the director for Millennium’s “London Has Fallen,” starring Gerard Butler, Aaron Eckhart and Morgan Freeman.

He replaces Fredrik Bond, who left the “Olympus Has Fallen” sequel project in mid-September over creative differences.

Christian Gudegast, Creighton Rothenberger and Katrin Benedikt are penning the script. Focus has dated the action-thriller for an Oct. 2, 2015 release.

The story follows the three main characters to London as they attend the funeral of the British prime minister. The trio is suddenly caught in the middle of plot to kill all the world leaders. The project will shoot for a month in London and then break until February so that Butler can shoot “Geostorm.”

Butler is producing with Alan Siegel, Mark Gill and Matt O’Toole.

“Olympus Has Fallen” performed respectably last year with $161 million in worldwide grosses.

Najafi directed “Easy Money II: Hard to Kill.” He is repped by UTA and Magnolia Entertainment.

News was first reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

Shirtless Gerard Butler Can't Keep His Hands Off Mystery Girl—See the PDA Pics!

http://www.eonline.com/eol_images/Entire_S...u.ms.092514.jpg

Summer may be over, but Gerard Butler is still bringing plenty of heat to the California coast.
The 300 and How to Train Your Dragon star stepped out in Malibu, Calif., Thursday afternoon for a relaxing beach day with a gal pal.
Wearing blue, striped swim trucks, Butler showed off his impressive abs while carrying a paddleboard out to sea.
Once his brunette ladylove joined him in the water, the twosome hopped on the same board where PDA quickly ensued.
Butler was spotted grabbing his friend's butt as they shared a kiss on the lips. They would later hop on separate boards and paddle right next to each other. Not bad for a fall date, right?

In a recent interview with Glamour magazine, the actor shared his love for the ocean blue water, especially after a long day at work.
"I love to get out in the water, the ocean. That's why I moved out to Malibu," he told the publication. "It is amazing just getting in that water, even if I don't get on a wave just getting in the water and doing exercise and something different, it just washes away everything."
From the looks of it, Butler's friend totally agrees.
The mystery girl looks a little similar to the lucky lady who enjoyed a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth with Butler. Back in June, the 44-year-old actor took a mystery brunette to Disneyland where they stayed overnight at the resort's Grand Californian Hotel.
According to a source, the twosome "appeared very happy together" as they constantly held hands and playfully touched each other. In fact, Butler even bought his special lady friend Minnie Mouse ears.
What a gentleman!

Scots actor Gerard Butler admits he would like to return to Paisley and gives his view on the independence debate
May 17, 2014 00:01 By Scotland Now

THE Hollywood superstar may have won hearts Stateside, but his mind is clearly still on Paisley, as he reveals to Scotland Now.

“ SOMETIMES, I worry that people are going to find me out and discover that I’m just a Scottish guy who got lucky.”

While there appears little chance of that happening when his star is as high as ever, his words speak volumes about Gerard Butler: the actor loves Scotland and refuses to forget about his Paisley roots, despite his fame.

He might now live in LA since his turn King Leonidas in mythological comic book smash 300 – a movie that put the 43-year-old on the global movie map after years of toil – but for Butler, Scotland will always be his home.

“Ah yes, it’s the most unique place in the world,” he says. “The people, the geography, the spirit – it’s Scotland!”

Growing up, his life was somewhat unconventional.

Born in Paisley and spending most of the first year of his life in Canada, his parents split when Butler was just two, forcing his mother to take the decision to leave Montreal, three children in tow, and move back to Paisley.

At this point, Butler was not even 18 months old, and he’s grow up to appreciate the “big decision” his mother took.

“It couldn’t have been easy for her, especially with three kids, and I have nothing but respect for her for making it. It was tough for her, but she came through it.”

Despite the upheaval, Butler has nothing but happy memories of his childhood.

“Oh, of course. It was tough for my mum but she gave us a great childhood.

"We have a huge Irish Catholic family and there were so many people and so much love around us. We grew up loving being Scottish, so there was a real passion for home and family.”

It is a feeling that remains, which makes his extended absences from Paisley particularly painful.

“That is the hardest thing about this job and about living in LA.

"In this job - and I am not complaining in any way - there is lots of moving around and not a lot of spare time to maintain the ties and closeness you have to your family and close friends.”

It is not a case of ‘out of sight, out of mind’ - for Butler, his family is always at the forefront of his thoughts.

“But no matter what I am doing, I am always thinking about my family back home.

"They mean everything to me. Both of my sisters are married so I have four nieces who I really try to stay close to as they grow up.

"It can be tough, but it makes the time we do get together back in Scotland all the more special. I like to spend my birthday back home with my family, and it is always a beautiful thing for me.”

Butler, in case you haven’t noticed, is a handsome man - he has dated Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Biel and Cameron Diaz - but he puts much of his success with the ladies down to his Scottish accent.

“I think that in America, the Scottish accent does play quite well, and has an effect on women over there, so I try to use that to my advantage!” he says with a knowing smile.

“But I do try to tell myself that it is not the accent, it is my natural charm that wins people over!"

That said, his west Scotland brogue is not quite as pronounced as it once was.

“No, it’s not; it’s not what it used to be. It is nowhere near as strong as it was.

"I’ve been living away for such a long time now that the Americans have made it a lot milder. I am blaming them, anyway!

“I don’t get as many people commenting on my accent as I used to, that’s for sure.

"But I can still ham it up when I want to. And I can still tell someone they are a sweet wee lass’ and get away with it.”

Like every Scot across the globe, Butler is well immersed in arguably the hottest topic on people’s lips this year - the independence referendum.

So where does this (mostly) exiled Scot stand on the big issue? His uncertain tone underlies his reticent words.

“I must admit I am not totally sure about independence,” he says.

“I have yet to be convinced that it will work in our best interests. I used to be totally pro-independence, I was massively in favour of it, but now my feeling is that we should be about coming together rather than separating ourselves.

“There are some things that could be done without independence. I think separate taxation would help, and giving more responsibility to local government as well. I think that would be a smart move.

"But as for Scottish independence - I am not sure it would be a good move.”

Regardless of whether the public back Alex Salmond’s grand plan this September or not, in future the people of Scotland could well find themselves with one more famous neighbour moving in permanently - one Gerrard Butler.

“That is my ultimate plan. Don’t get me wrong, I love living in LA, and Dubai and Australia too – they’re amazing places to spend time in, and in the short term they are exactly what I’m after, but in the end I want to move back to Scotland, back to my roots.”

Back to Paisley?

“Yes, that is what I want. I can see that happening very easily. Whenever I go home, I always go back to LA feeling more like myself… that little bit more bullish. Life in LA can be a bit soft, so I like to come back with a bit of Scottish attitude!

“But I will always think Scotland is home. That is my where my roots are and always will be. I always get that ‘feeling’ when I arrive back, without fail”.

Harry: You like her?
Tom: Very much.
Harry: Well assuming she passes vetting, might you be addressing the microscopic issue that your real name is Tom Quinn and you're a spy?
Tom: When did you tell your wife you were a spook? When you met, when you married?
Harry: Just after we'd signed the register. Well, I like to have things on paper, don't you?

Harry: Punizione. Addestramento del personale d’ufficio

GLAMOUR interviews Gerard Butler - prepare to swoon
By LEANNE BAYLEY WEDNESDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2014

The gorgeous Gerard Butler has taken over from Ryan Reynolds, and is the new ambassador for BOSS BOTTLED - a heavenly scent for men. The campaign also marks Butler's first appearance as an ambassador for a man's fragrance, so to celebrate this milestone, we sat down with Gerard in a HOTEL ROOM to talk about his favourite smells, his Zoolander skills and his pug dog.

Hi Gerard, so, you must get asked to be an ambassador for lots of campaigns, what was it about Hugo Boss that made you sign on the dotted line?
I've always liked the Hugo Boss brand - I've worn a lot of the clothes, and I've worn their fragrance before, so I was really excited when they first approached me and asked me to do it. But also, I really found the campaign very stimulating and different, y'know? The fact that it was trying to do something bigger than just a fragrance itself, to define masculinity, to inspire men to think about where they are today in the world and I thought it was very subtle, elegant and cool.

There's a certain smoulder that's required for fragrance ads, did you practice in the mirror beforehand? Zoolander style?
[Laughs] I've always been big on my Zoolander looks, I've been practicing it for years! Just hoping that the day would come when I could get to smoulder properly. [Laughs some more]

So what do you think makes you the 'Man of Today'?
Well I guess I've been pretty successful in my career, I'm very focused, I work hard, I'm dedicated but at the same time, I like to live life in the moment which is very important for the Man of Today. It's important to be passionate, to be in touch with his emotional side.

You're so modest! Apart from the new fragrance, what's your favourite smell?
I love a musky smell, one of my favourite smells is an Egyptian musk I own. It feels very masculine.

I love the smell of petrol which is weird…
That is a little weird.

You've got lots of movies coming up - forgetting any of your new co-stars, who would be your dream actor or actress to work with?
I'd love to make a movie with Daniel Day Lewis, he doesn't make many but it seems that every time he does he wins an Oscar. He's also a super cool guy, but he's also in my book, he's one of the best actors ever lived y'know - to just have your game brought up by playing opposite him would just be a very exciting challenge.

You've sometimes had to bulk up for your film roles, would you ever do a film where you had to gain loads of weight and be really fat?
Yeah! I'd relish that prospect. I also don't always relish bulking up for a movie. I think sometimes it's easier to get fat than bulk up. To bulk up you know you have hours in the gym, doing weights, and that's not always easy. Perhaps next time I'm going to suggest that my character should be quite fat.

You studied law and started out down the path of being a lawyer - what made you make the change to acting?
I was really not happy doing what I was doing. Everybody in the company knew that, and I was fired a week before qualifying. But the funny thing is, they came back and supported me in my first job as an actor, they just said that 'your heart is in a different place'. They knew what I wanted to do, so in a way they were releasing me to go and pursue my dream, because my dream was always to act.

You could take those skills and do a cameo on Scandal or Suits. Would you ever do a TV series?
I generally stay away from TV and I love making films, but if there was a comedy show - or a skit that I really liked - I'd be happy to do something like that. But to do a regular part on television? Maybe in a few years when I decide I want to stay in the same city, and I get sick of travelling.

You mainly live in LA now, apart from friends and family, what do you miss the most from home?
I now live in Malibu, and I rented this big land with a forest and rivers running through it, it's a magical little kingdom. That's definitely inspired from my time in Scotland and I think I'm happiest in the hills or the mountains, when there's vegetation, trees and bushes, and this place is beautiful. That's what I miss from Scotland is the countryside - it's truly an incredible experience to be amongst it.

What's your biggest indulgence?
Chocolate and candy. I couldn't sleep last night because I was jetlagged and I said to myself, 'whatever you do, do not put sugar into your system because you're just not going to be able to get back to sleep', and then I ate a whole big thick bar of chocolate. I then ended up getting to sleep at 5.30 this morning.

And you still look this hot! How?
Well, that's all grooming!

How to do you like to unwind after a long day?
I love to get out in the water, the ocean. That's why I moved out to Malibu, so I can surf and paddleboard. It is amazing just getting in that water, even if I don't get on a wave, just getting in the water and doing exercise and something different, it just washes away everything. I come out of there and I always sleep better at night, I always get rid of any stresses of the day, and I always feel at least 2-3 times better than I did before I went in.

If you weren't a famous actor, what do you think you would be?
A famous musician, just as long as it's famous [laughs]. I don't know, I'm really not good at anything else, I'm not even good at acting! [Laughs some more]. Sometimes when I'm back in Scotland I imagine being a Forest Ranger … something the opposite of what you do can be appealing.

With a wardrobe filled with clothes, you must want for nothing! What will you be putting on your Christmas list this year?
I think it's time to rest a little and get some video games.

Boys and their toys!
Yep, I think I need to put down an X Box or a Playstation. Everyone who knows me is like, ''sit down, grab a seat, take a rest!' so I think that would be a good idea.

Tell us about your adorable pug - there is nothing sexier than a hot man with a cute dog.
[Laughs]Her name is Lolita. I've now had her for eight years. I've never had a dog of my own before, and when the public found out about her I became doubly nervous of my precious angel, and I was always thinking, 'what if something happened to her?!'. But yeah, she's little, adorable and fat, but she literally steals people's hearts, everywhere she goes she's their favourite, she's a soulful, beautiful, and a real people person.

This year is the 10 year anniversary since PS I Love You came out (the book, not the movie) - do you look back at that film fondly? Do you think that's where a lot of your female fans fell in love with you?
No doubt, yeah. I had such a great time making that movie. Everybody that made it, made it for the right reasons. There was so much heart … everybody had a story that they could attach to that and it was a lot of love, fun and sadness in the movie, but it was also such a great adventure to go on. And how it performed, and how it impacted people, even today, it's amazing how many people come up and mention that movie.

Can we have a picture with you?
Of course! [non riesco a postare la foto, qua il link:] http://instagram.com/p/scv3HOOcUD/?utm_sou..._campaign=photo
